Your Good Nature was launched during the Biodiversity & Ecosystem Finance conference in New York on 27 March 2008. The event included representatives from financial institutions who are starting to take the lead in accounting for environmental issues including biodiversity in their services and products.

At the end of May 2008 we organised a Landscape Auction at the ninth Conference of the Parties of the Convention on Biological Diversity in Bonn. Many products were sold, from snow leopards in Asia to mangrove forests in Sri Lanka. This first ever international auction was a great success!
In September 2009 Triple E and Global Nature Fund organised a Landscape Auction at the Bodensee, in Germany. Landscape elements like meadows, orchards and individual trees were financed during this event.
