The intent of this policy is to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings when projects developed by Your Good Nature's professional staff might seem to others to be similar to their own creative work. All Submissions, including unsolicited submissions and those made at the request of The Nature Conservancy, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and will be subject to the license granted in the preceding paragraph. Your Good Nature will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submissions.
PASSWORD
You may be assigned a username and password with which to access restricted areas of the Website. You agree not to use the username or password of another user at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify Your Good Nature immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your username or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all uses of your username and password.
Email submissions over the internet may not be secure. Please do not email Your Good Nature personal or confidential information.
CHOICE OF LAW / FORUM

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. Your Good Nature’s failure to act with respect to any failure by you or others to comply with these Terms of Use does not waive Your Good Nature’s right to act with respect to subsequent or similar failures. These Terms of Use set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and Your Good Nature with respect to the subject matter hereof. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to this Agreement or the Website must be commenced within six (6) months after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action shall be barred.
VIOLATIONS AND ADDITIONAL POLICIES
Your Good Nature reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of this Agreement, including without limitation the right to block access from a particular Internet address.
